Notes on this coin: The color difference in the obverse and reverse is likely how it was stored, with the reverse browning over time to air exposure.
The "dents" on the rim of the coin appear not to be dents at all, but it looks more like the planchet was incomplete.

We believe this to be the "bow touches head" variety. In that case the coin could be worth much more, but because it is not certified, we lowered the price from $389.
