This listing is for the 10%  Off Center Strike Mexican 100 Pesos Error. The obverse features the national emblem of Mexico: a Mexican golden eagle perched on a prickly pear cactus devouring a snake, above a half-wreath of oak and laurel, and the legend forming the upper semicircle. The reverse features a portrait of Venustiano Carranza Garza to the right and 7 points above. This off-center strike error occurs when a coin blank (planchet) is misaligned between the obverse and reverse dies at the moment of striking. Because the planchet is not fully centered within the striking chamber, only part of the design is impressed.  Interesting Find!!
