This listing is for the photographed 1946 Bank of Japan 100 Yen Banknote. This note has one red stamp in the left bottom corner and a red flower stamp at the lower center of the obverse, differentiating it from other issues. This note also has a Kiri Leaf pattern watermark. Obverse depicts Yumedono (The Hall of Dreams) of the Hōryū-ji tempel at the left center, and a portrait of Prince Shotoku at the right center. Reverse shows the Hōryū-ji temple at the center. Issued shortly after World War II, excellent piece of history! P# 89a (Pick Number 89a).
