The note includes a 13c Bicentennial Era stamp that features the Arizona State Flag, as well as a purple ink stamp that identifies that it was issued on the first day of issue, April 13, 1976, at the Naval Base in Portsmouth NH. Uncirculated (UNC) grade/condition, no signs of circulation. Incredibly interesting commemorative bicentennial note, perfect collector's item or gift! Great addition to any collection!
